Our refreshed, reinvigorated, completely reimagined space is ready for you to redefine the future of work in the high country. Hang up your skis, bike, or golf clubs and settle into your own “outfitted-just-the-way-you” like it workspace surrounding a sun-filled, vibrant atrium and get down to business. When the work is done, well, we’re just off the I-70 on-ramp in EagleVail so you can get right back out there.

Over 16,000 square feet of newly-converted commercial space is now available in build-to-suit sizes ranging from 100 to 10,000 square feet.
Designed around a series of collaborative, shared workspaces, The Alpinist provides your business with the amenities and resources to produce your best work. Meeting areas, conference rooms, on-site storage, and of course blazing-fast WiFi are all on deck to keep your work buzzing.
In the middle of all of our built-to-suit space sits the vibrant core of The Alpinist, our community atrium. This well-appointed, sunlit lobby will come alive with energy and become a true neighborhood gathering place complete with a proposed cafe & deli. While just outside the towering windows our Outdoor Plaza offers ample space to stretch your legs, or get some work done outside in the Colorado sunshine.
